Milind is the CEO and Managing Director of Infisolve India Pvt. Ltd. He has graduated from the U.D.C.T (Now I.C.T) in Pharmaceutical Sciences and completed his Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He holds a diploma in Marketing Management. Milind has over 23 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales, marketing, sales management, IT and KPO Services delivery and consulting across multiple sites and multiple clients in Europe and the U.S.A. He has worked with India’s largest ITES Fortune 500 Company as Business Analyst during rollout of various ecosystem components like MS CRM, Veeva, Mobile Intelligence, MDM system like Informatica, BI system like OBIEE. As a domain expert he has good experience of maintaining data harmony within all components of the ecosystem (CRM, ODS, MDM, Reporting). Milind is a certified Commercial Data Analyst of IMS data (certification provided by IMS, U.S.A). He has managed KPO based projects that provide insights out of qualitative and quantitative commercial and Real Life Experience data.
Nandan has a total experience of 35+ years, a mix of Domain & IT. IT Experience covering Professional Consulting, Software Development & Deployment including CSV and developing the Quality Policies in CSV Domain covering GxP IT systems.
He has provided Validation Program Management / Services including deployment of bespoke and COTS systems in accordance with GAMP Guidelines, US CFR, EU GMP and other applicable GxP regulations. Defined and Manage Quality Policies/ SOPs for validation domain and implementation of same adhering to 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex aa and other International regulatory guidelines. He has provided the guidance overview for end to end Validation Life Cycle for IT Systems including Compliance maintenance process in live environment and identified the new CSV Solution / Remedial measure process in Validation domain.
Delivery support for the Validation Program execution and driving the IT Compliance activities for the Life Science (LS) Global Customers. He ensured the Regulatory IT Compliance for Various Life Sciences engagements/ customers by conducting Periodic Review and CSV Audit Program ensuring people compliance including the training on Quality & Compliance policies applicable for Validation domain in the LS Engagement / LS Customer project. He identified and developed the process for moving from a paper based environment to paperless environment per compliance requirements associated with Data Privacy, Data Integrity and Electronic Record & Signature compliance. Defining the annual CSV Audit Plan for the LS customers/ Project and monitoring / guiding CSV auditors. He has managed the CSV Audit Programs including CAPA monitoring for internal systems and Life science accounts for CSV Compliance confirmation/ certification.
Vijay Pimple has more than 30 years of experience in delivering business intelligence and Data Science solutions for transformational and strategic growth initiatives. He has defined the vision and roadmap for BI programs and provided guidance to business leaders.
He has developed scalable AZURE cloud solutions and Data science solutions globally for Healthcare, Telecommunications, and E-Commerce clients. He leads multiple data warehouse initiatives – BI Strategy, Data Migration Strategy, Data Quality Framework, ETL Architecture for international clients in USA, Australia, Canada, Sweden, London, and India.
His experience includes directing various strategy engagements with the consulting company like Mckinsey, Data Architecture for Healthcare, Teradata Data Architecture for Media clients like NBC Universal and Insurance leaders like HUMANA etc. His 30 years experience includes the Diverse background of working with Airline, E-commerce, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, Government organizations to deliver key insights into trends and patterns for critical business
